Who we are

This policy covers Next With AI, published as NextWith.AI - a part of Weloveapple.dk. Contact [email protected] about personal data, subscriptions or this policy.

Information used to operate the site

The site runs on Ghost(Pro). Hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, including IP addresses, browser information and request logs. If you subscribe or create a member account, we process your email address, any name you provide, subscription preferences and account activity. Comments you choose to publish can be visible to other readers.

Newsletters and analytics

We use subscription information to provide the newsletters you request. You can unsubscribe using the link in each email. Ghost’s first-party website analytics are enabled. Email-open, email-click and member-source measurements are also enabled; these help us understand readership and how people find and use the publication. Email measurements may use tracking pixels and tracked links. Blocking remote images in your email client can limit open tracking. Unsubscribing from a newsletter does not automatically delete your member account.

Contact information

When you email us, we use your address and the information you provide to respond and deal with the matter raised. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

We use information to deliver the website and requested member services, manage subscriptions, respond to enquiries, improve the publication and prevent abuse. Depending on the activity, the basis is providing a requested service, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the publication, or a legal obligation. Consent is required for optional cookies or similar technologies where applicable law requires it. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Advertising

Google advertising is not enabled on the site at the date above. If Google AdSense is introduced, this policy and the consent controls must reflect the actual configuration before advertising starts. When Google ads are served, Google and other advertising providers may place and read cookies, use web beacons, process IP addresses and device identifiers, and collect information to deliver, measure and personalise ads where permitted. Google advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites. Learn how Google uses partner-site information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage Google ad personalisation at https://myadcenter.google.com/ See Cookies & Advertising for the current position.

Service providers and other recipients

Ghost and the providers it uses support hosting, delivery, analytics and member services. The theme also loads web fonts and website assets from external services, which receive the technical information needed to deliver those files. Embedded third-party content, if included in an article, can contact its provider. Those providers’ policies also apply to their processing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to address abuse and protect legal rights. Ghost’s policy is available at https://ghost.org/privacy/

Storage and retention

Providers may process information outside your country. Where a transfer requires safeguards, the relevant provider arrangements and applicable transfer protections must apply. We keep subscription information while needed to manage the subscription or account, correspondence while needed to resolve the matter, and technical records for operational and security purposes. Legal obligations, disputes, backups and suppression records needed to honour opt-outs can require longer retention. Contact us for information about a specific record or to request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent and object to direct marketing. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights. You may complain to your local supervisory authority; in Denmark this is Datatilsynet at https://www.datatilsynet.dk/

We will update this page when relevant practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
